How the site and service work

We do our best to make the Vitateka site clear and convenient for customers, so that you can calmly find the product you need, view its information, add it to your cart and place an order without unnecessary complications. In essence, our site works like an ordinary online store: you choose the products, specify the delivery country, the collection method and the payment option, and then receive an order confirmation by email.

Sometimes the appearance of the pages may differ slightly. Most often this depends on the site language you have selected or on the device or browser you are using. For example, some elements may look a little different on a phone, tablet or computer. This does not affect the purchase process itself: the catalog, cart, checkout and personal account remain available to the user.

Prices and product availability on the site are updated automatically and are usually shown correctly. In rare cases the information may not update immediately due to the technical caching of data on the page. This happens so that the site works faster and opens without long loading times. If you see outdated information, try refreshing the page. On a computer you can press Ctrl + F5 to reload the page.

Please note that the final price in the cart may differ from the price you saw earlier on the product page. This may happen because of the delivery country you selected. When selling products to European Union countries, we are required to take into account the tax rules of the customer's country, so the final amount may be recalculated after you choose the delivery country.

The Vitateka online store and offline stores are not yet fully connected as a single stock system. We are working to make this connection more convenient in the future. For now, we offer an option where you can place an order in the online store and collect it at our point in the T1 shopping center. This is handy if you want to order products online but pick them up in person.

A product's description, photo, ingredients or specifications may change over time. The manufacturer may update the packaging, label, ingredients, product form or other information about the product.
