Which herbs can rosehips be combined with in tea? — Rosehip Fruits 100 g - Farmgrupp

Rosehip (Rosa canina) can be brewed on its own, but its tangy berry taste also goes well with other herbs if you want to create your own tea blend.

The fruit combines well with, for example:

• mint — adds a fresh, slightly cooling note;
• chamomile — softens the taste, making it milder and more herbal;
• lemon balm — gives a light citrusy, herbal hint;
• berry ingredients — enhance the fruity tartness and the colour of the infusion.

As this is whole plant material rather than a ready-made blend in tea bags, you set the proportions yourself: you can make rosehip the base of the drink and the herbs an accent, or the other way round. This drink is often chosen for a warming cup of tea in the cold season.

If you tend to react to plant materials, are pregnant or follow a special diet, check with a specialist beforehand whether this drink is right for you. The product is not a substitute for a balanced diet.
