Is the gel suitable for people who already have vein problems?

VENOLGON contains ingredients traditionally used in leg care for a tendency to heaviness and swelling: horse chestnut and butcher's broom are known for their venotonic properties, while red grape, hazelnut and pine bark extracts have been added to support microcirculation and reduce capillary fragility.

However, it is important to understand the limits of a cosmetic product:

  • The gel is a care product, not a medicine. It is not intended to treat varicose vein disease, thrombophlebitis or other venous disorders.
  • If you have already been diagnosed with a vein condition or are taking venotonic medicines, it is sensible to consult a phlebologist before adding any new product.
  • If you have open wounds, grazes, inflammation or damaged skin on your legs, do not apply the gel to those areas.
  • If your skin tends to react to essential oils or plant extracts, first apply a small amount of the gel to the crook of your elbow and wait a few hours.

For those who do not yet have pronounced problems but notice tired legs in the evening, a feeling of heaviness or that their shoes feel tighter by the end of the day, the gel can be a convenient part of daily care, alongside sufficient physical activity, weight control and properly fitting footwear.
