Is this knee warmer suitable for sport, or only for everyday wear?

The Nebat S-M knee warmer is a warming accessory made of a soft elastic material, not a rigid sports support. Its main task is to retain body heat and protect the knee from cold and wind, so it is well suited to situations where it is important to keep the area of the joint at a comfortable temperature, rather than to provide firm support.

Suitable ways to use it:

• Walks outdoors in cool weather - the knee warmer reduces contact with cold air and wind.
• Work in unheated rooms - a warehouse, a garage, a country house - when you need to spend a long time in low temperatures.
• Travel - in transport, where it is hard to control the temperature.
• Leisurely sports: walking, a light warm-up, calm cycling.

This knee warmer is not intended for intensive training, running, team sports or situations where anatomical fixation of the joint is needed: its construction and composition (acrylic, cotton, elastane, polyester) are geared towards thermal comfort, not towards stabilising the knee under high loads.

The elastic base fits snugly on the leg and should not shift much when walking, so the knee warmer is almost unnoticeable under clothing and does not restrict movement in the ordinary rhythm of the day.
