Is this kissel suitable for a schoolchild or student during exams?

The kissel is indeed intended for periods of high mental demand — preparing for exams, working with large amounts of information, prolonged concentration. Its formula — vitamin C, niacin, zinc, Rhodiola rosea — was chosen specifically with such situations in mind.

However, if a child or teenager is concerned, it is important to bear in mind that the product description states no age restrictions and no dose for children. For younger children, most food supplements with adaptogens and bee products (royal jelly, pollen) are not recommended unless prescribed by a doctor.

For older students and adults, the kissel can be a convenient addition to the daily routine during a demanding period — especially as a morning drink instead of or together with breakfast. However, it does not replace proper sleep, a balanced diet and a sensible work routine — factors that affect concentration and memory far more than any supplement.
