Is this belt suitable for wearing during physical exertion and work involving lifting heavy loads? — Inguinal hernia belt size 1 (black) 351cz-1

According to the product card, the product is suitable for use in physical work involving lifting heavy loads; it provides local compression in the area of the inguinal and femoral ring and is fitted with two removable pads (pelottes) with rigid inserts. The card does not claim protection from injuries or a reduction of load.

General recommendations (not a manufacturer's instruction): the belt does not replace medical care or proper lifting technique; if the load causes pain or discomfort even when the belt is put on correctly, see a doctor instead of tightening it more. Before exertion check that the inserts are in the right place and the product does not squeeze; after exertion inspect the skin – in case of irritation, stop using it until you have consulted a doctor. Do not use in case of local skin diseases; keep out of the reach of children.
