The main difference with the liquid form is the way it is taken. There is no need to wash down a capsule with water, split a tablet or wonder how it will be absorbed. The liquid is taken directly, which is convenient in the morning or when travelling. The orange flavour makes taking it less of a chore, especially for those who dislike the "pharmacy" aftertaste of supplements.
In terms of composition, the product contains biotin (vitamin B7) at a dose of 10,000 µg and vitamin C. Biotin is involved in the metabolism of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, as well as in processes related to the formation of keratin — the structural protein on which hair density and nail condition depend. Vitamin C is involved in collagen synthesis and is known as an antioxidant.
The liquid format is particularly relevant for those who already take several supplements in capsule form and want to vary the format, or for those who find it difficult to swallow tablets. It is important, however, to stick to the recommended dosage: because of the high concentration of biotin (10,000 µg), do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 15 ml a day.
