According to the card, the «Universal belt M» consists of five movable plates and two adjustable straps, which allow it to be fixed on different parts of the body: the head, trunk, upper and lower limbs. Two plates of 14 × 6.5 cm are intended for the eye area, three plates (9 × 6.5, 6.8 × 6.5 and 7.7 × 6.5 cm) for the occipital zone. The material is medical rubber; the needles are made of copper, zinc, iron, silver and nickel.
