Which areas should the balm be applied to, and how is it done correctly?

The product is intended for external application to several areas: the chest and back — for a feeling of warmth and relaxation; the legs — when you want to warm up after a walk in cold weather; and a small amount near the nose helps make breathing feel more pleasant and fresh.

The gel texture spreads easily: simply apply a small amount of the product and gently rub it into the skin with circular movements. There is no need for a thick massage layer — the gel is absorbed and starts to work quickly thanks to the essential oils it contains.

A few important restrictions: do not apply the balm to mucous membranes or to damaged, irritated or inflamed skin. Do not use the product on children under 3 years of age or if you are hypersensitive to any of its ingredients, and avoid contact with the eyes; if an allergic reaction occurs, stop using it and see a doctor. If you have sensitive skin or tend to react to essential oils, apply a small amount to a limited area and wait a few hours before using it fully.

The procedure is repeated 2–3 times a day; it is convenient to time one of the applications for when you come in from outdoors or for a rest, when the body is relaxed and the skin is more receptive to the warming ingredients.
