B vitamins are water-soluble, so any excess is mainly excreted in the urine, but this does not mean that uncontrolled intake is safe. When combining Goldenpharm B-complex with other supplements:
- Do not take several B complexes at the same time — this can lead to an excessive intake of individual vitamins (for example, B6 or B12) and cause discomfort.
- If you already take a multivitamin, check which B vitamins it contains. You may not need an additional supplement.
- Be careful when combining it with products that contain high doses of B6 or B12, such as some tonic supplements.
- If you take medicines (especially for anaemia, the nervous system or the gastrointestinal tract), be sure to consult a doctor — some medicines can affect the absorption or metabolism of B vitamins.
Otherwise, B-complex fits in well with most diets and eating habits. If you follow a special diet or have a chronic condition, it is best to get individual advice from a specialist before you start taking it.
