According to the short description, this is a cosmetic cream for the care of the skin of the lips in case of dryness and irritation: it is applied in a thin layer to the lips and skin 3–4 times a day. The long description also contains claims about herpes and the prevention of viral infections, but there is no confirmation for them, so applying it “at the first signs” cannot be recommended.
