Can badyaga gel be applied to sensitive skin?

Badyaga (a freshwater sponge) is a natural ingredient with a stimulating action: it intensifies local processes in the upper layers of the skin. That is why its effect may be felt more intensely on sensitive skin than on skin that is used to active ingredients.

Before the first use, it is recommended to apply a small amount of gel to a limited area — for example, the inside of the forearm — and wait a few hours. If the skin reacts with redness, severe burning or irritation, it is better to refrain from regular use.

  • Do not apply the gel to damaged skin — scratches, grazes, inflamed areas.
  • Avoid contact with mucous membranes — eyes, lips, mucous membranes.
  • The gel is intended for local application, not for treating large areas of the body at once.

If you have a chronic skin condition or a tendency to allergic reactions, it is worth consulting a specialist before use. The gel is not used in case of hypersensitivity to its ingredients, and if an allergic reaction occurs, use is stopped and a doctor is consulted.
