The card does not speak about preparing food, tea or coffee with shungite water. It only states the ratio: 2–3 l of water per 150 g of shungite. The card does not describe the steeping time, storage of the water or replacement of the stones.

General information (not a manufacturer's instruction): water that has stood on the stones is usually kept in a clean closed container; if the safety of the water is in doubt, an analysis is worth doing, and for diseases of the throat, mouth and nose one should see a doctor.
