Can the plaster be used when travelling or during sport?

Yes, the compact format of the set makes it convenient to use away from home. The plaster needs no water, creams or additional tools — simply stick it on the area you need.

After physical activity, the plaster can be used on the neck, shoulders or back — the areas that most often bear the strain. Before applying it, make sure your skin is dry: sweat and moisture weaken the grip of the adhesive backing, and the plaster may not stay on as well.

When travelling, it is handy to keep the set in your hand luggage or travel first-aid kit. The 600 gauss magnet is built into the plaster, so there are no separate parts that could get lost.

Please note: if you have an implanted medical device (a pacemaker, an insulin pump, etc.), consult a doctor before using any magnetic products.
