The toothpaste is intended for regular use, morning and evening, like any ordinary fluoride toothpaste. The sodium fluoride in the formula works precisely through consistent use: it becomes incorporated into the structure of the enamel and makes it more resistant to the acids formed after eating and drinking. One-off or occasional use does not give this effect.
Age limit: 14 years and over. The toothpaste is not suitable for children under this age: the fluoride concentration and the composition of the plant extracts are designed for adults.
For adults without particular contraindications, the toothpaste fits into a standard routine. If the mucous membranes of your mouth are sensitive or you tend to react to essential oils and menthol, start cautiously and pay attention to how it feels during the first few days. If irritation appears, it is better to stop using it and, if necessary, consult a dentist.
