Can this cream-balm be used on children or by people with very sensitive skin?

The cream-balm contains plant-based ingredients — sea buckthorn oil and mumijo — as well as fragrance components that can cause a reaction in some people. This does not mean the product is unsuitable for sensitive skin, but it does call for caution the first time you use it.

For people with sensitive skin, it is sensible to start with a test: apply a small amount of the cream to a limited area (for example, the inside of the wrist or the inside of the elbow) and watch for a reaction over a few hours. If no redness, itching or burning appears, the product is most likely suitable.

For children, it is best to agree on its use with a paediatrician or dermatologist: children's skin responds to cosmetic ingredients in its own way, and there is no universal answer here.

During pregnancy and breastfeeding, it is advisable to consult a specialist before using any cosmetic products with active plant ingredients.

The panthenol in the formula is one of the mildest and best-tolerated ingredients and is traditionally used in products for sensitive skin. However, it is the combination of all the ingredients that determines an individual reaction, so a test on a small area remains the best first step.
