Can this gel be used as an ordinary body moisturiser?

AromaSaules gel with bischofite is a cosmetic body product that helps retain moisture in the upper layers of the skin and reduces the feeling of tightness. In this sense, it can be included in your skincare routine as a moisturising step, especially for areas where the skin feels dry or slightly rough — for example, elbows, shins and shoulders. Bear in mind that, according to the instructions, the gel is applied 2–3 times a day as a course: after two weeks of use, a 1-month break is recommended, so it is not used continuously like an ordinary cream.

At the same time, a gel is by nature different from a rich cream: it absorbs quickly, leaves no greasy film and feels lighter on the skin. This makes it a convenient option in warm weather or after exercise, when a heavy texture would feel uncomfortable. If your skin is very dry and needs intensive nourishment, the gel can be used as a first layer, with a richer product applied on top if needed.

The conifer extracts (spruce and pine) give the gel a refreshing, invigorating effect and a characteristic forest scent — worth bearing in mind if you are sensitive to smells or prefer neutral products. If you are prone to irritation, it is recommended to apply the gel to a small area of skin first and watch for a reaction for a few hours. The gel is not used in cases of hypersensitivity to its components, and if an allergic reaction occurs, stop using it and see a doctor.
