This oil is positioned mainly as a body and massage product, but its light texture and linoleic-acid-based composition also make it interesting for facial skin care. Oils high in linoleic acid are traditionally valued in cosmetics precisely because they are less prone to forming a heavy film compared with oils rich in oleic acid.

That said, each person's skin reacts differently. Before applying it to the face, it is recommended to test it on a small area — for example, behind the ear or on the inside of the wrist — and wait 24 hours. This is especially relevant for sensitive skin or skin prone to reactions.

The oil should not be applied around the eyes if it causes irritation or discomfort — the skin there is thin and more sensitive.
