Can the balm be used every day, and how should it be applied?

The balm is intended for local application to the joint and muscle areas — knees, elbows, shoulders, back. It is applied 2–3 times a day for a course of 7–10 days, with a short massage of the specific area of the body.

Apply a small amount of balm to dry, intact skin and rub it in with light massaging movements until absorbed. The formula contains shea butter and emollients, which improve glide and do not leave a noticeably sticky feel, so the routine does not take long. The product is most convenient to use after physical exercise, long walks or working in one position — at moments when you feel tension or stiffness in the muscles.

If you have sensitive skin or tend to react to fragrances, apply a small amount of the balm to a limited area of skin before the first full use and wait a few hours to assess tolerance. The product is not applied to damaged skin.

The balm is not a medicinal product — it is a cosmetic product for external use with plant extracts of comfrey and marsh cinquefoil. It is contraindicated during pregnancy, while breastfeeding and for those under 18.
