The product card has no recommendations on combining Duo with other Lyapko models. All that is known is that the device can be used on different areas of the body, one or two at a time along the spine area, and a belt, an elastic bandage or a supportive bandage can be used to hold it. The recommended duration of use is 7–10 minutes or 15–30 minutes; when held in place, from 30 minutes to 2–3 hours.
