Can this complex be given to children, and from what age?

According to the manufacturer, the complex is designed for a wide audience — from children aged 3 to adults. This makes it a convenient option for families in which both a schoolchild and a parent put their eyes under increased strain.

The formula contains no components that traditionally restrict use in childhood: bilberry anthocyanins, lutein from marigold, zinc, vitamin C, rutin and B vitamins are all widely used in nutritional products for children. At the same time, the dose for children is lower than for adults: children aged 7 to 14 take 3 tablets a day, and children aged 3 to 7 take 1 tablet twice a day.

If a child takes other vitamin complexes or has chronic conditions, discuss this with a paediatrician before starting, to avoid an excessive intake of individual nutrients, such as zinc or vitamin C, from several sources at once.
