Who should be careful when taking MKC Ankir-B?

MKC Ankir-B is a single-ingredient supplement without stimulants or synthetic substances, so it is well tolerated by most people. Nevertheless, there are situations in which caution is advisable.

  • Tendency to constipation. Insoluble fibre can make the situation worse if there is not enough water. If you already have problems with regular bowel movements, start with the minimum dose and be sure to increase your fluid intake.
  • Sensitive digestion. With irritable bowel syndrome or other functional disorders, a sharp increase in dietary fibre may cause bloating or discomfort. Introduce the supplement gradually.
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding. Before taking any food supplements during this period, it is advisable to consult a specialist.
  • Taking medicines. Dietary fibre may affect the rate at which some medicines are absorbed. If you take medicines on a regular basis, ask your doctor or pharmacist whether you should space out taking MCC and your medication.

Individual intolerance to cellulose is rare; if present, the supplement is not used, and if unusual reactions appear, stop taking it. The supplement is intended for adults; the recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.
