Although Milona-5 is a herbal food supplement, its composition calls for a careful approach in a number of situations:
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding. These are contraindications stated on the label: Milona-5 is not taken during these periods.
- Sensitivity to the ingredients. If you are allergic or have an individual intolerance to any of the herbal ingredients (oregano, calendula, liquorice, chaga, etc.), avoid taking it — individual intolerance to the ingredients is listed on the label as a contraindication.
- Kelp and iodine. Kelp contains iodine-containing compounds. This is important to consider if you have thyroid disease or are sensitive to iodine — discuss taking it with an endocrinologist.
- Chronic diseases and medicines. Some herbal ingredients (for example, liquorice) can interact with medicines. If you take medicines on a regular basis, consult a doctor before you start taking it.
If you have complaints relating to the breasts or the reproductive system, Milona-5 does not replace a visit to a specialist — it is an addition to the diet, not a therapy.
