Who should be careful when using this product?

The composition includes eucalyptus oil, calendula extract and chamomile. All three ingredients are of plant origin, and people allergic to plants of the daisy family (Asteraceae) — to which both chamomile and calendula belong — may have a reaction. The product is not used if you are intolerant to any of its ingredients; if you know you are sensitive to the daisy family, consult a specialist before regular use. Also avoid getting the drops in your eyes.

Essential oils, including eucalyptus oil, are not recommended for use near the faces of young children — this is a general rule for products containing essential oils and is not specific to this product. For children and for pregnant or breastfeeding women, it is best to check with a doctor before use.

If burning, increased irritation or any other unusual reaction occurs after application, stop using the product. It is designed for mild discomfort caused by dryness — pronounced symptoms, prolonged irritation or suspected inflammation of the mucosa call for a doctor's consultation, not a cosmetic product.

People with chronic nasopharyngeal conditions or those using prescribed nasal medicines are also advised to check with a specialist whether additional use of such products is compatible with their treatment regimen.
