Who should be careful when using this cream?

The cream contains several groups of ingredients that require attention. Lanolin and beeswax may cause a reaction in people who are allergic to them; lanolin is obtained from sheep's wool, and beeswax is a bee product. This is not rare: lanolin is found in many cosmetic products, but in some people it triggers contact dermatitis even at low concentrations.

Lactic acid is a mild acidic ingredient. On skin that is already damaged, irritated or inflamed, acids may increase discomfort. If there are open cracks on the heels with signs of inflammation, it is better to let them heal first and only then start using the cream.

Tea tree oil is an essential oil that in sensitive people sometimes causes irritation or an allergic reaction when applied to the skin.

Before first use, it is advisable to apply a small amount of the cream to a limited area of skin (for example, the inner wrist or the crook of the elbow) and wait 24 hours. If no redness, itching or burning appears, the product can be used as normal; if it does, do not use the cream. If it gets into the eyes, rinse them with water.

If you have chronic skin conditions of the feet, diabetes or peripheral circulation disorders, it is best to consult a specialist before using any products with acids and essential oils.
