This makes it a convenient option for a family course — for example, during a period of intensive study or heavy visual strain.

The complex is particularly relevant for those who rarely include berries, leafy vegetables and other sources of carotenoids in their diet: in that case, it is difficult to get enough lutein and bilberry anthocyanins from food alone.
