Who is this set particularly suitable for, and are there any restrictions?

The Su-Jok set is handy for those who spend long hours at a keyboard or do handicrafts, knitting, play musical instruments or do other fine manual work — in other words, when the hands and fingers get tired from repetitive movements. A short massage session during a break helps you switch off and relieve the feeling of tension.

Children may use the set only under adult supervision (and it should be stored out of the reach of young children): the spiked ball and the spring ring need to be handled carefully, and a child may not judge the force correctly.

When it is better to postpone use:

  • The skin in the massage area is irritated, or there are burns, cuts, grazes or inflammation.
  • You feel severe discomfort or pain at the slightest pressure.
  • You have a chronic joint or skin condition affecting the hands — in this case, consult a specialist before use.

This is not a medical device but an accessory for relaxation and well-being. It does not replace treatment and is not intended for diagnosing or treating any condition.
