Who should not take this extract, or should be especially careful?

Despite its plant origin, rhodiola extract does not suit everyone equally. A few groups should be cautious:

  • Heightened sensitivity to stimulating ingredients. If you notice that even small doses of caffeine or other stimulants make you anxious, give you palpitations or disturb your sleep, start with the smallest dose and watch your reaction closely.
  • Taking medicines. Plant extracts can interact with some medicines. If you take medication on a regular basis, discuss the supplement with your doctor or pharmacist.
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding. The safety of tonic herbal products during these periods has not been sufficiently studied — taking it without consulting a specialist is not recommended.
  • Alcohol content. The extract is alcohol-based. This is important for people who avoid alcohol for medical, religious or personal reasons.

This food supplement is not a medicinal product and is not intended to treat or prevent disease. If you have chronic conditions or doubts about whether it is compatible with your health, consult a specialist before you start taking it.
