Who should not use NIGHT RELAX without consulting a doctor?

NIGHT RELAX is a food supplement, not a medicine. Nevertheless, melatonin is a physiologically active substance, and in a number of cases it should be taken with caution.

It is worth consulting a specialist if you:

  • are pregnant or breastfeeding;
  • take prescription medicines, especially sleeping pills, antidepressants, anticoagulants or immunosuppressants, since melatonin may interact with some of them;
  • have a chronic condition, including autoimmune or endocrine disorders;
  • are choosing a supplement for a child or teenager: NIGHT RELAX is recommended only from the age of 18, so it is not used below that age.

In addition, if sleep problems are persistent and not linked to specific situations (jet lag, one-off stress, late-night activity), it makes sense to look into the cause with a doctor rather than rely on a supplement alone.
