Who are these shots suitable for and in which situations, and who should avoid them?

Herbin IMMUNO SHOTS are most often chosen by adults going through a demanding period: intensive work, frequent travel, a change of season, recovery after a hectic schedule, or simply the wish to add a liquid herbal complex with adaptogens to their diet. The shot format is convenient on the go and needs no water or any other preparation.

That said, there are situations in which it is worth consulting a doctor or pharmacist before you start taking them:

  • Chronic diseases and autoimmune conditions. Some ingredients of the formula (echinacea and astragalus in particular) are traditionally not recommended for autoimmune disorders without a specialist's approval.
  • Taking medicines. Herbal adaptogens, especially ginseng, may interact with a number of medicines – for example, anticoagulants or blood pressure medication.
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding. The safety of tonic herbal complexes during these periods has not been established, so taking them without consultation is not recommended.
  • Increased sensitivity to herbs and mushrooms. If you react to plants of the daisy family (Asteraceae, to which echinacea belongs) or to mushrooms, start cautiously and monitor how your body reacts.

This is neither a medicine nor a fast-acting stimulant: the product is designed to be taken as a course as part of a balanced diet, not for a one-off effect.
