Who is this tea for, when is it a good choice, and who should avoid it?

This blend is most often chosen in specific situations: in the cold season, during busy periods, after a lack of sleep or when you want to replace ordinary tea with something more substantial in composition. Thanks to its combination of tonic and gentle herbs, the drink is perceived as a calm way to start or continue the day — without an abrupt effect.

It is convenient for drinking at home or in the office, or as a drink in the first half of the day when you need to feel more focused.

At the same time, it contains ginseng and St John's wort — ingredients that call for care in a number of situations:

  • During pregnancy or breastfeeding, drinking such blends should be discussed with a specialist in advance.
  • If you are taking medication — especially antidepressants, anticoagulants or immunosuppressants — consulting a doctor is essential: St John's wort and ginseng can affect how a number of medicines work.
  • If you are hypersensitive to any of the plants in the blend, caution is important.
  • If you plan to drink the blend over a long period, it is advisable to consult a specialist to work out the best regimen.
