When is it most convenient to use these lozenges, and are there any restrictions?

The main practical advantage of the format is that it does not depend on circumstances. The lozenge does not need to be washed down with water, diluted or warmed. It is convenient to use on the go, on a walk, at the office or during a long conversation, when the throat dries out faster than usual. Unlike sprays, it does not require keeping a particular distance or holding a special position.

The product is intended for adults. It is not recommended for children — the product information states neither an age-appropriate dose nor safety for children.

If you have a sensitivity to essential oils or plant components, start with one lozenge and watch how you react. Citrus and black cumin essential oils can cause irritation of the mucous membranes or an allergic reaction in some people.

If you have chronic conditions, are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, it is best to consult a specialist before use. The product is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease.
