When is a rosehip drink usually chosen, and what is it combined with?

This product is particularly handy at home or at work when you want a warm drink instead of ordinary tea. Rosehips are traditionally chosen:

  • in the colder months;
  • during periods of heavy workload and tiredness;
  • as part of a more mindful approach to eating, when you want to add more plant ingredients to your diet.

There are different ways of using them. The rosehips can serve as the base for a herbal drink, be brewed on their own or combined with other plant ingredients – for example, berries or herbs, if you like mild berry and herbal flavours. This lets you put together a drink to suit your own preferences without ready-made blends.

Rosehip fits easily into an everyday routine: a warm infusion can be drunk in the morning or during the day. That said, the drink remains an addition to the diet, not a replacement for it, and is not a remedy for any condition.
