When is the best time to drink this kissel, and how should it be prepared? — Kissel "Good Memory", 20 g Leovit

The kissel comes in 20 g single-serve sachets — one sachet is one serving. It is easy to prepare: pour 150–180 ml of boiling water over the contents of the sachet, stir and leave to stand for 1–2 minutes. It is taken 1–3 times a day.

Given its composition and purpose, the drink is most appropriate in the morning or the first half of the day — before mental work begins or when you need to focus. Some people choose it as an alternative to coffee in the middle of the working day, when they feel their concentration dipping: the oats, fruit and dietary fibre it contains give a light feeling of fullness, which helps you avoid being distracted by hunger.

There is less point in drinking the kissel at night — B vitamins and vitamin C are better absorbed during the active part of the day, and the Rhodiola rosea it contains is traditionally used for daytime demands, not for relaxing before sleep.

If you take other vitamin complexes, pay attention to the total daily amount of vitamin C and niacin so as not to exceed the recommended intake levels.
