The best time to apply it is in the evening, after washing your feet. The skin should be clean and dry — this is what the instructions say.
Before application, it is enough to wash your feet and dry them thoroughly. You can also use a pumice stone or foot scrub on hardened areas — this will help remove dead cells and make the skin more receptive to the cream. However, if the skin is irritated or has micro-injuries, it is better to avoid mechanical treatment.
The cream is applied to the heels, the sides of the feet and other dry areas, paying more attention to particularly rough patches. After application, you can put on cotton socks — this creates a light occlusive effect and helps the ingredients absorb better overnight.
Morning application is also possible but less convenient: menthol has a refreshing effect, and after application you need to let the cream absorb before putting on shoes.
