The best time to apply it is in the evening, after the working day or an active walk is over. This is when tiredness builds up in the legs, the skin of the shins and feet needs care, and the cooling ingredients, menthol and camphor, feel especially pleasant.
Apply the cream to clean skin on the feet, ankles and calves. Use light massaging movements from the bottom up, from the feet towards the knees. This way of applying helps the cream spread better and makes the procedure more comfortable. There is no need to rub it in for long: the product is absorbed fairly quickly.
The cream is also suitable after a workout, a long journey or a working day spent on your feet. If you wear tight shoes or heels, applying it right after taking your shoes off will help the skin ‘rest’ faster.
The horse chestnut extract and field horsetail in the formula are traditionally used in foot care cosmetics when you want a feeling of tone and lightness. At the same time, the oil base softens the skin, so the cream does two jobs at once: it refreshes and nourishes.
After application, let the product absorb a little before putting on socks or going to bed; this way the cream will work more effectively and will not leave marks on fabric.
