When is it better to take this complex – in the morning or in the evening?

The dosage is set by the manufacturer: for adults and children over 14, 2 tablets 3 times a day with meals, with a recommended duration of 1 month. In other words, the supplement is not taken once a day but spread across the morning, afternoon and evening.

Motherwort is traditionally associated with the evening, and magnesium is often taken in the second half of the day, but with this complex it is more important to stick to the recommended number of doses than to choose a time of day.

The easiest way is to tie the doses to breakfast, lunch and dinner: this makes it easier not to miss a dose and to follow the recommendation to take the tablets with meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.

If you are sensitive to plant extracts, monitor your individual tolerance and stop taking it if you notice any unwanted reactions.
