When does it make sense to start a course of Nefrosten, and how long should it be taken?

Plant-based complexes for the urinary system generally do not have an immediate effect — they are taken as a course, and the result is assessed gradually. Nefrosten is most often considered in several situations:

• The cold season — when sensitivity to getting chilled increases and you want to give your body extra support with plant components.
• A sedentary lifestyle — staying in one position for a long time can affect circulation in the pelvic area, and some people choose a herbal complex as part of their overall routine.
• Periods of insufficient water intake — when your usual drinking routine is disrupted, for example on business trips or during intensive work.

According to the label, adults take 2–4 tablets a day with meals, without exceeding the daily dose; the course lasts at least 3 months and can be continued if necessary.
