What ingredients does it contain, and why are they combined?

The basis of the formula is magnesium in carbonate form. Magnesium is involved in the transmission of nerve impulses and is linked to muscle relaxation — which is why it is often included in evening complexes for periods of stress or mental overload.

Vitamins B1, B6 and B12 complement the action of magnesium: they are needed for the normal functioning of the nervous system and for energy metabolism. This combination is especially relevant when your routine is disrupted, during intense mental work or when you feel overstimulated in the evening.

The herbal part of the formula includes three ingredients with different emphases:

  • Motherwort — traditionally used when you need to ease inner tension and calm down more easily in the evening.
  • Hops — a well-known ingredient of evening complexes taken before bed.
  • California poppy extract — a plant with a mild calming effect, long used in herbal formulas for falling asleep more calmly.

It is important to understand that none of these ingredients acts as a sleeping pill: the formula is designed to help the body move naturally into night-time recovery, not to “switch it off” abruptly.
