According to the instructions, pour 1 glass (200 ml) of boiling water over ½ tablespoon (2.0 g) of the flowers and leave to infuse for 15 minutes. Adults take ¼ glass (50 ml) of the infusion 4 times a day, or ½ glass (100 ml) 2 times a day, or 1 glass (200 ml) once with a meal; the course lasts 1 month and can be repeated if necessary. The ready infusion is stored in a cool place for no longer than 2 days.
The taste and aroma of this infusion are delicate, with a characteristic herbal note — without pronounced bitterness or a strong smell. This makes it comfortable to drink with meals or between meals.
It is convenient to include this tea in your everyday diet in courses — for example, alternating it with other herbal infusions or classic tea. The dry plant material should be stored in a dry place away from direct sunlight and foreign odours, in tightly closed packaging — this is the standard rule for any plant material.
The tea is not consumed during pregnancy and breastfeeding — this is stated in the warnings on the label. If you have a chronic condition or take medicines, it is worth consulting a specialist before you start drinking it.
