Since LEKRASET Angervaks is a classic herbal raw material rather than a ready-made extract, you brew it yourself, following the method on the label:
Infusion: pour 1 glass of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of the herb, cover and leave to infuse for 15 minutes, then strain. The longer it infuses, the more pronounced the astringent taste from the tannins will be.
Decoction: 1 tablespoon of the herb is covered with a glass of hot boiled water, simmered over a low heat for 3–4 minutes while stirring, left to infuse for 2 hours and strained; the decoction is taken 1–2 tablespoons 3 times a day before meals. A decoction is usually stronger.
The herb is often included in home courses during the cool season, after a heavy meal or when you want to add traditional herbal remedies to your diet. The drink is usually taken warm, in small portions — this is standard practice for herbal infusions containing tannins, which in large amounts can cause a heavy feeling in the stomach.
According to the label, the infusion is taken by adults — ½ glass 2 times a day with meals for one month. If you take other products on a regular basis, agree the course with a specialist.
