To make an infusion from dried chamomile flowers, 1 tablespoon of the herb is added to 1 glass of hot boiled water and heated in a water bath for 15 minutes, stirring from time to time.
The infusion is then cooled and strained, the herb is squeezed out, and the volume is made up to 200 ml with boiled water. The dose is 1 tablespoon 3 times a day.
As the product consists of 100% German chamomile flowers with no additives, the taste will be clean and herbal, with no added flavourings. This is exactly what people who prefer single-herb teas appreciate.
An opened pack is best stored in a dry place away from direct light and strong odours: dried plant material easily absorbs other smells and loses its own aroma.
