How should this drink be prepared?

According to the label, 1–2 teaspoons (2–4 g) of the drink are put into a cup (150–200 ml), boiling water (95–100 °C) is poured over, and the drink is stirred thoroughly until completely dissolved; sugar, milk or plant-based milk can be added if desired.

Since it contains no caffeine, the strength of the brew affects only the richness of the flavour, not any stimulating effect. If you prefer a milder taste, simply use less powder or add more milk. The drink is at its best when warm: the grain and caramel notes come through more distinctly than when it is chilled.

It is recommended to store an opened pack in a dry place, tightly closed, so that the powder does not absorb foreign odours or clump.
