The manufacturer recommends the following method: pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1–2 teaspoons of the dried herb.
Leave it to steep for 10–15 minutes, preferably covered: closer to 10 minutes the taste is lighter and more delicate, closer to 15 it is richer. Because the blend contains leaves as well as flowers, the infusion may become noticeably denser if steeped for a long time — try both options and choose the one that suits you.
Strain the infusion before drinking. Linden tea is good without any additions, but you can add a little honey if you like — a classic combination that brings out the honeyed floral aroma of linden. It is recommended to store an opened pack in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and strong odours, so that the herb does not lose its aroma.
