According to the label, adults take 1 capsule 3–4 times a day with meals; the course lasts 2–4 weeks and, if necessary, is repeated 3–4 times a year. General practical considerations:
Taking it as a course makes sense because the fat-soluble components (vitamin E, polyunsaturated fatty acids) and minerals (zinc, selenium) accumulate and act gradually. A single dose has no noticeable effect.
Taking it with food improves the absorption of the fat-soluble components — vitamin E and fatty acids. It is best taken with a main meal that contains fat.
Do not exceed the recommended dose: in excess, zinc and selenium can have undesirable effects. The supplement is designed to replenish nutrients in physiological amounts, not to provide therapeutic doses.
Storage: like most capsules containing fatty acids, the product is best stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
If you take other supplements or medicines containing zinc or selenium, it is worth keeping track of the total amount of these elements so as not to exceed the safe daily intake. If you have a chronic condition or take medicines, consult a doctor before starting the course — overall, the label recommends consulting a doctor before use. In case of individual intolerance to any of the ingredients, the capsules are not taken. The capsules are based on wheat germ oil, and wheat is a gluten-containing cereal, so the product is not suitable for people with coeliac disease or wheat allergy.
