How should chaga powder be taken, and what can it be combined with?

The powder form is designed to be dissolved in liquid. According to the directions, adults take 1 teaspoon (about 2000 mg) every other day, dissolved in 75–100 ml of warm, not hot, water. This dose should not be exceeded.

The label specifies dissolving it in warm water; in addition, the powder is sometimes added to:

  • herbal or black teas — chaga's flavour goes well with bitter and earthy notes;
  • plant-based milk or cocoa — for a softer, richer drink;
  • smoothies or protein shakes — if you already have them as part of your morning routine.

Chaga is traditionally drunk in the morning or in the first half of the day. This is not a strict rule, but many people prefer not to take such extracts late in the evening so as not to disrupt their usual routine.

As for combining it with other things: chaga fits well into a diet alongside plant adaptogens and antioxidants, but if you take several supplements at once or take medication, it is best to check with a doctor or pharmacist whether there are any undesirable interactions.

Store the powder at +5 to +25 °C in a dry place, protected from light and out of the reach of children, closing the pack tightly after each use — this preserves the product's quality throughout its shelf life.
