Directions for use according to the card: adults take 1 softgel 1–3 times a day with meals, with water. In the daily dose: 1 capsule — 1200 mg of sunflower lecithin, 3 capsules — 3600 mg. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. Store in a cool, dry place, do not refrigerate, keep out of the reach of children; the expiry date is on the packaging.
