The manufacturer does not specify strict requirements for when to take it, but there are several practical considerations worth bearing in mind.
Curcumin is a fat-soluble compound, so taking the capsule with a meal that contains at least a small amount of fat (for example, with lunch or dinner) promotes better absorption. The piperine in the formula already partly solves the bioavailability problem, but a fatty environment helps further.
In some people with a sensitive stomach, taking it on an empty stomach may cause discomfort — this is due to the irritating effect of piperine on the mucous membrane. If you notice such a reaction, move the intake to a main meal.
The time of day — morning, afternoon or evening — is not important in principle. The main thing is to try to take the supplement at the same time every day: this builds a habit and reduces the risk of missing a dose. It is best to take the capsules with plain water at room temperature.
The dosage on the label is 1 capsule a day for adults, which should not be exceeded; check the course duration with a specialist — especially if you are taking other supplements or medicines at the same time.
