A key point when using any enterosorbent is the interval between taking it and taking medicines or other supplements. The sorbent ingredients (in this case pectin and silicon dioxide) bind substances in the intestinal lumen indiscriminately: along with unwanted compounds they may also capture some of the active ingredients of tablets or capsules, reducing their effectiveness.
