The product comes in liquid form, 1000 ml, which is convenient for those who prefer drinks to capsules and tablets. The label gives the dosage: 30 ml of juice is mixed with 200 ml of water, and a little honey or salt can be added to taste.
The juice is taken in the morning on an empty stomach, before the first meal. It is diluted with water as stated on the label: dilution reduces the bitterness without changing the composition.
Jamun and karela fit well into a morning ritual, but it is best not to combine them with dairy products, as in the Ayurvedic tradition such a combination is considered undesirable. Taken separately from food and diluted with water, it is the most neutral option.
After opening, the bottle should be tightly closed and stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, for the period stated on the packaging. The product contains a preservative, sodium benzoate.
If you take medicines, monitor your blood glucose or have chronic conditions, consult a specialist before you start.
